Skilled hairdressers with a warm and welcoming attitude. Mili's is owned by brothers who emigrated to the US decades ago (& named the salon for their Mom -- awww!) You're greeted with an offer of a drink -- whether juice, wine, mimosa, tea -- and really listened to about your hair desires. With 4 different stylists you're guaranteed to find at least one with whom you'll click.

I’ve been seeing Behar at the Mili salon for almost 5 years. He’s amazing. My hair always looks great, no matter what he does to it. They are friendly, professional, and I’m always happy with the end result. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My husband has been going to this place for over a year now. He gets a 1940s military haircut, which so many hair stylist screw up - it's not an easy cut! But Nalaksa (yeap, sounds just like 'Alaska' +N at the beginning) is just AWESOME!! He showed her the picture, and she did EXACTLY what he showed her. It has a nice boutique feel, without the outrageous boutique prices (it's actually quite cheap!). Everyone there is so nice, to Mili and your brother: we'll miss you all - we're moving away!! I usually go with him, just for the atmosphere.... and as far as punctuality, they're usually pretty laid back - if you're 5 minutes late, no biggie! (Awesome, cause I'm always late - haha). I LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Had a wonderful experience! Nolaska took the time to talk through the style I wanted and guide me where I was unsure. Love the haircut, and definitely will be back!

I went to see Nalaska to fix a haircut that someone else did. She was straightforward about what she could do to fix it. She ended up doing a great job. She is patient, kind, and talented. I highly recommend her.

I loved it! My son, who is 7, loves having long hair. I wanted somewhere with male stylists who would honor his choice. They were great with him and his cut was amazing. I also got my haircut and was super impressed and pleased. This is our new place for sure!!

The owner is AMAZING!!! She will go out of her way every time to ensure you are happy with your hair results. I drive over an hour because she is the only one I trust to do my hair.
